Once we receive your CV we look to see if it matches any of our live requirements. If it does, we will be in touch to discuss the role in greater detail, ask any screening questions, discuss package and talk through any points you have on the role. If necessary, we will give you free guidance and advice on your CV, often you need to customise your CV to a particular role. If you are happy to proceed to CV submission we then send you further details of the role and information on the client. In most cases interviews are a one or two face to face interview process and in some situations a telephone or SKYPE interview will take place initially. We are on hand to support you throughout your interview process whether this be discussing interview techniques, likely questions to arise in the interview or giving you a corporate overview of the client.
