Candidates

What if I am not successful?

We endeavour to email or call all candidates that send their CV’s into us, however, we receive hundreds of CV’s a week hence we are not able to guarantee that we can respond to every person that applies but is not suitable for a role

Is my application processed by an automated system?

No, all applications we receive are screened by a member of staff

What are our pre-employment checks?

Before client submission we like to attain 2 work references, some clients require us to ask you about cautions/criminal convictions and past or current CCJ’/bankruptcies. A DBS check may have to be carried out.

I don’t have a work permit, can I still apply?

You must have a valid work permit to apply for a role.

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes, there is no limit on the amount of roles you can apply for.

Clients

Do you place temporary staff?

We supply contractor and permanent candidates, we do not offer a ‘Temp’ service to our clients. However, we do have capability to offer ad-hoc/part time project resources such as project managers, programme managers, planners.

What type of vacancies can Inneo Recruitment work on?

We offer recruitment services in most sectors and job positions. We believe that we have transferable skills and knowledge to be able to recruit in any area.

What are the main advantages of using a recruitment company?

Firstly, it is the overall convenience and cost. To have a dedicated internal team or person working on your recruitment can be expensive; employees, job boards etc. Lastly, as a recruitment company we have vast knowledge of different sectors and job roles hence this allows us to identify the right fit for your business quickly and efficiently.

If I give Inneo Recruitment a vacancy will I be inundated with CVs?

No, we send across our best 2-3 candidates for each role, we do the screening and sifting of CV’s.

What happens if a candidate doesn’t work out?

Working with us on a contract or permanent basis we have mechanisms in place, whether this be rebates on permanent resources or ‘notice periods’ for contractors.

Do you offer psychometric testing?

For certain roles we will carry out psychometric testing and DBS checking.
